Onboard spending offer is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Onboard spending is provided as a nonrefundable credit to your Sail & Sign account of $12.50 per person (up to $25 per stateroom) on 2-5 day sailings, and $25 per person (up to $50 per stateroom) on 6+ day sailings. Onboard spending may not be applied to cruise fare, Required Cruise Fees & Expenses, or Government Taxes & Fees. Cruise rates are in US dollars, per person, and based on double occupancy. Offer is capacity controlled and is not combinable with any other discount or promotional offer. Rates may vary by ship, stateroom type, and sail date. Changes made to the reservation may result in the assessment of cancellation penalties or service fees. Category restrictions and exclusions apply. Carnival reserves the right to withdraw and/or change offer at any time without prior notice. Offer is for cruise fare and includes Required Cruise Fees & Expenses and Government Taxes & Fees. Early Saver fare is subject to availability and is capacity controlled. Onboard spending offer is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Deposit is nonrefundable, applicable to sailings outside of final payment due date, and is valid for all ships, stateroom types and sail dates. Changes made to the reservation may result in the assessment of cancellation penalties or service fees. Full names are required for each guest. Carnival reserves the right to withdraw and/or change offer at any time without prior notice. Early Saver price protection (ESPP) is inclusive of all required Cruise Charges listed on your original invoice and requests for price protection are subject to the current prevailing Total Cruise Price including the Cruise Fare, Required Cruise Fees & Expenses, and Government Taxes & Fees. ESPP applies to a like-category stateroom only (no downgrades allowed) as advertised by Carnival and available to the general public. ESPP does not apply to group rates, membership programs, charters, select promotional fares, or travel agent rebates or promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public. A $50 change fee per guest will be assessed for ship and/or sail date changes. Remaining funds are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and will be held as a future cruise credit (FCC )issued in USD which must be used to book a cruise within 12 months of cancel date. Applicable to active/retired US Military & Canadian National Defense members. Eligibility documents must be submitted to interline@carnival.com. For cruises 2 weeks or less from sailing: Documents needed within 24 hours. For cruises more than 2 weeks from sailing: Documents needed within 72 hours. Carnival reserves the right to offer promotional cruise fares that require a minimum occupancy requirement per cabin. When the booked cruise fare is contingent to a minimum occupancy requirement per cabin, cancellation of one or more guests in a cabin may cause a re-adjustment of the guests booked cruise fare according to the prevailing and eligible rate. Final payment in full of the recalculated fares for all remaining guests in a cabin is due by 11:59:59 p.m. on the eve before the start of the cancellation penalty period. Failure to make timely final payment in full of the recalculated fares for all remaining guests in a cabin will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation for the entire cabin. Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. $25 per person deposit applies to triple, quad, and quint occupancy. Deposit is non-refundable, applicable to sailings outside of final payment due date, and is valid for all ships, stateroom types and sail dates.
